The question involved in this case is the amount of attorney's fees due the firm of Haney & Walsh from the proceeds of a personal injury judgment and settlement. A trial to a jury, in which the plaintiff Baker was represented by Robert C. Oberbillig, resulted in a verdict and judgment of $12,000, the case arising out of a claim for personal injuries received in an automobile accident.
