Judgment reversed on the law and a new trial granted. The findings of fact implicit in the jury's verdict are affirmed.

Although the testimony adduced was conflicting as to whether the defendant committed the act of which he was accused, the evidence was more than ample to support the jury's verdict and an affirmance would ordinarily be compelled.
