Fleman and Mel Astley for damages in the amount of $10,360.00 with legal interest from judicial demand until paid, alleging the said defendants induced the plaintiffs to mortgage their home to Baton Rouge Securities Company, Inc., for the sum of $2860.00 with the intention to defraud.
