This is an action for damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff while riding in an automobile driven by defendant. Defendant's motion for a directed verdict was denied. Judgment was entered upon a verdict in favor of plaintiff. A motion for a judgment n.o.v., or in the alternative a new trial, was denied. Defendant appeals.
