Jane Sullivan entered into a real estate broker's contract with the Jansen Agency, Inc., at Newport, Washington, for the exclusive listing of certain real property. The property was an asset of the estate of Roger Sullivan, the deceased husband of Jane Sullivan, administratrix of his estate.
