After the livestock belonging to this estate had been sold under order of court, and a portion of the proceeds applied to payment of a mortgage-indebtedness, Eugene C. Potter, the administrator of the estate, who was also a son and heir at law of the deceased, petitioned for sale, at not less than its appraised value, of all the estate's real, and the balance of the personal, property.
