Action for $35,000 damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff in a motorvehicular collision at and in the intersection of Grand Avenue and Hebert Street in the city of St. Louis. The jury returned a ninejuror verdict for defendant, and plaintiff has appealed from the ensuing judgment. Herein, plaintiff contends errors of the trial court in instructing the jury and in the admission of evidence.
