This is a damage suit instituted by Rena Catherine Zeno in which plaintiff alleges that she sustained personal injuries when the automobile in which she was riding as a passenger was struck from the rear by a car being driven by David Breaux. The suit was instituted against Breaux and his insurer, Travelers Indemnity Company. The case was tried by a jury and resulted in a verdict in favor of defendants.
