Defendant has filed a motion for judgment n. o. v. subsequent to the verdict of the jury in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $10,000. In pressing the motion, defendant contends that plaintiff proved no negligence against defendant and that plaintiff's decedent was guilty of contributory negligence as a matter of law.
