This suit was instituted by Jesse B. Glenn, doing business as Lake Charles Alignment & Brake Service, against Dr. John B. Caire to recover the sum of $337.62, being the amount alleged to be due plaintiff by defendant for an automobile air conditioning unit, and for labor performed in installing that unit in and subsequently removing it from defendant's automobile.
