In the Matter of Charlotte S. Erenerol, Appellant, v. William McCarthy, Respondent

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

Order reversed on the law and the facts, without costs; and motion granted to the extent of directing the respondent (judgment debtor) to pay to the judgment creditor the sum of $9 a week on account of the judgment, commencing 10 days after service upon the judgment debtor of a copy of the order entered hereon. Findings of fact which may be inconsistent herewith are reversed, and new findings are made as indicated herein.
