Order reversed on the law and the facts, without costs; and motion granted to the extent of directing the respondent (judgment debtor) to pay to the judgment creditor the sum of $9 a week on account of the judgment, commencing 10 days after service upon the judgment debtor of a copy of the order entered hereon.
