This is a suit for damages resulting from an explosion of gas escaping from a gas main. The petitioner is Marie Louise Heatly, whose house was damaged, and her two insurance carriers, Aetna Casualty & Insurance Company and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, her subrogees.
