Willie B. Tallie was found guilty by a jury of burglary, second degree. Section 560.045, RSMo 1959, V.A.M.S. After finding that defendant had previously been convicted and sentenced for five felonies in accordance with Section 556.280, RSMo 1959, V.A.M.S., and as alleged in the amended information, punishment was fixed by the trial judge at imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of six years...
