This appeal involves conviction of the defendant of three charges of professional misconduct, in violation of Chapter 610 of the 1962 Code of Iowa, I.C.A., and of the canons of professional ethics. The charges were filed by the Committee on Professional Ethics and Misconduct of the Iowa State Bar Association, and were heard by a court composed of three district court judges as provided by section 610.30.
