QUINN, Associate Judge:

Appellant was charged by two informations with attempted cruelty to children.1 After a trial by jury he was found guilty of attempting to use children under fourteen years of age in acrobatics. He received a sentence of 180 days' imprisonment which was suspended on the condition that he refrain from committing the same offense during the 180-day period.
