This is an action for damages arising out of an automobile accident which occurred on September 7, 1959, at approximately 10:40 p. m., at the intersection of the State Highway No. 2 cutoff and the extension of South Fortieth Street in Lancaster County. The case was tried to a jury resulting in a verdict for the plaintiff and fixing the amount of damages to be allowed him. Judgment was entered on the verdict.
