PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted for the crime of robbery with aggravation as defined in sections 711.1, 711.2, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty and sentenced to a term of 25 years in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison, as provided by section 711.2. Defendant's appeal comes here upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error.
