This is an appeal from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas No. 4 of Philadelphia County in which the court below entered judgment on a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Board, awarding compensation to Mrs. Mary Stites, widow of Francis Xavier Stites, the decedent claimant.
