This suit was instituted to enjoin the defendants from interfering with plaintiff's use of a certain road located in Ward 3 of Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, and particularly the obstruction of the roadway. Plaintiff asked for judgment decreeing the roadway to be a public road and/or a road owing a servitude to plaintiff's property.
