THOMPSON, Justice.

The appeal is from a summary judgment granted to the defendant Wells Cargo, Inc. in a suit for declaratory and other relief commenced by Dredge Corporation. The lower court held that the six-year statute of limitations (NRS 11.190, subd. (1) (b)) was a bar. We reverse for the reasons stated.
