This action seeks judgment in favor of plaintiff on a promissory note in the principal sum of $6,500.00, dated January 23, 1963, and a dishonored check in the amount of $1,500.00 dated March 12, 1963. In answer defendant denied liability on the described instruments and asserted a reconventional demand in the amount of $500.00 representing payment of a check allegedly procured by coercion, fraud, duress and misrepresentation on the part of plaintiff...
