Liberty Mutual Insurance Company has appealed from a judgment awarding Laura E. Taylor, joined pro forma by her husband, James E. Taylor, workmen's compensation for total permanent disability.

In its first point on appeal appellant says that the court erred in refusing to strike the testimony of Dr. Herbert Kresh because the doctor based his opinion in part upon the history of the case as given him by appellee Laura E. Taylor....
