Defendant-appellant appeals from a denial of his Criminal Procedure Rule No. 1, F.S.A. ch. 924 Appendix, motion without a hearing. The record shows that the defendant entered pleas of guilty to three separate charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and was sentenced for six months to three years on each charge, the sentences to run consecutively.
