Judgment, unanimously reversed, on the law and on the facts, and a new trial ordered, with costs to defendants-appellants, unless plaintiff-respondent, within 10 days after service of order hereon with notice of entry, stipulates to accept $25,000 in lieu of the award by verdict, in which event the judgment is modified to that extent and, as thus modified, affirmed, with costs to defendant-appellants.
