This suit is for damages for personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Jessie Stanford and Mrs. Ida Armstrong as the result of a collision involving three passenger automobiles on the Gulf Freeway in Harris County on April 4, 1960. Mrs. Stanford was driving the lead car and Mrs. Armstrong was riding with her as a passenger and occupied the right rear seat. The first following car was operated by appellant Gilbert M. Marcus.
