Motion for reargument denied. Defendant complains of a failure to furnish him with a copy of the trial minutes for use on his appeal to this court in 1943 (decided January 20, 1944, 292 N.Y. 506). Our records, however, show that he did not request the minutes although an Associate Judge of this court when granting defendant leave to appeal to this court wrote defendant a letter suggesting that such an application be made.
