This is an appeal emanating from the Warrick Circuit Court from a judgment on the jury verdict denying damages to appellant for injuries suffered by him, as a pedestrian, in a collision with an automobile driven by appellee. The cause was venued from Vanderburgh County to Warrick County and the Honorable A. Dale Eby presided at the trial as Special Judge.
