The plaintiff is Henry Stuesse's son Paul and the defendants are his executrix, his other son August, his grandson Donald (son of August) and his daughters Florentine, Irene and Ernica (now Sister Mary). The daughters are specific legatees and by item 9 of the will two of the daughters, the appellants Irene and Florentine, are residuary beneficiaries. August's son Donald and the plaintiff...
