Defendant has filed what is designated a "motion," actually a petition, and obtained a rule to strike off a municipal lien entered by plaintiff to compel payment of defendant's alleged proportionate share of the cost of construction of a sanitary sewer laid in a boundary street of the Borough of West Grove but outside the boundary line of the borough. A responsive answer was filed and after argument the matter is before us for decision...
