This is an expropriation suit in which plaintiff took certain property located in the City of Monroe and deposited, as just compensation for the value of land and improvements, the sum of $43,500.00. Named as defendants were Mrs. Bessie Spruell, Kellogg Oil Company, Inc. and Shell Oil Company as owner, lessee and sub-lessee, respectively.
