The plaintiff's intestate was a licensed pilot with 90 hours of flying time. On and prior to April 25, 1961, he was employed as a service attendant, mechanic's helper, and pilot by the defendant Henderson who at the time was operating a taxi or charter flying service under the trade name, "Manteo Airport."
