Sometime between 5 and 6 P.M. on November 10, 1961, the plaintiff Ed Vreugdenhil, age 51, was using a tractor and wagon belonging to plaintiff Ronald Huls, to haul corn from a field to close-by buildings over a graveled country road near Westfield, Iowa.
