This action is an appeal from a decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare that the plaintiff was not "disabled" within the meaning of the Social Security Acts since September 30, 1960. The Court has authority to review a final decision of the Secretary in accordance with Section 205 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
