PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted for violation of the Iowa Liquor Control Act, chapter 123, Code 1962, I.C.A., in that he allowed the consumption of intoxicating beverages on the premises of a public place, in violation of said chapter as amended by section 30, chapter 114, Laws of the 60th General Assembly. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury and found guilty. Defendant was sentenced to serve three months in the county jail, pursuant to Code...
