This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis overruling appellant's motion under Supreme Court Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R. to set aside a prior conviction of appellant under the Habitual Criminal Act for the offense of Robbery in the First Degree by Means of a Dangerous and Deadly Weapon.
