WEBBER, Justice.

The plaintiff brought an action for medical expenses incurred by him and for loss of consortium resulting from an alleged injury to his wife said to have been caused by a dog owned and kept by the defendant. Defendant seasonably filed a motion to dismiss the complaint on the ground that it failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. This motion was granted below and the plaintiff appeals.
