This action was brought by 87 persons as plaintiffs, to recover amounts paid by each of them for the purchase of shares of stock in Ore-Mont Oil Corporation. They also prayed for interest, attorney fees, and costs. Defendant Lang, who made no defense to this action, was the promoter, organizer, and executive officer of the corporation.
