This action was instituted by the plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by him while assisting in starting the defendant's stalled automobile. The plaintiff alleged that he was assisting in the operation of pushing the defendant's automobile with a truck and fell from the bumpers of the vehicles, where he was standing, when the defendant negligently and recklessly...
