(Hn 1) Appellant, Conn, was convicted in the Circuit Court of Harrison County on an indictment charging him with knowingly having received stolen property, and sentenced to three years in the penitentiary. We are compelled to reverse because of decisions of the Supreme Court of the United States which establish that the first assignment of error hereinafter mentioned is well taken, and has been so recognized by our legislature in House Bill...
