This is a civil action brought by the six named plaintiffs, pursuant to the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. The case was tried to the Court. Each of the plaintiffs alleges that defendant is engaged in the production of goods for interstate commerce, that he worked for defendant for more than 40 hours per week at various times between January 26, 1960 and February 18, 1961, and that...
