21 A.D.2d 711 (1964)

In the Matter of the Claim of George Rayfield, Appellant, v. Ernest Mosheim et al., Respondents. Workmen's Compensation Board, Respondent

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Third Department.
