This is a workmen's compensation case in which the plaintiff recovered a judgment against defendant, based on jury findings, for total and permanent loss of use of both feet. Plaintiff alleged in his petition that "he is entitled to recover $35.00 per week for 401 weeks for his injuries and disability as provided by the Workmen's Compensation Act."
