This action was commenced in the Court of Common Pleas for York County by George R. Foster against Jeanette Nordman, a minor of the age of 20 years, for the purpose of having declared null and void a certain marriage ceremony entered into by the parties at York, S.C. on December 19, 1962. Two separate appeals are presented.
