This is an action for a declaratory judgment finding that the plaintiff's property is exempt from taxation and enjoining the defendants from taxing said property. The trial court overruled the defendants' motion to dismiss the action, and found that the real property owned by the plaintiff, described as Lot 3, Block 64, Original Plat of the City of Lincoln, is and has been since its acquisition by plaintiff used exclusively for charitable purposes...
