Plaintiff, Lantex Construction Company, a corporation, brought this suit against Warlick Press, Inc., defendant, alleging that the defendant breached and oral contract by failing and refusing to pay an agreed fee for plaintiff's services in preparing and furnishing written plans and specifications for a proposed building. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the Trial Court.
