PER CURIAM.

Following indictment defendant was tried and convicted before court and jury of the crime of operating a motor vehicle without consent of the owner in violation of section 321.76, Code 1962, I.C.A. He was sentenced to an indeterminate term not to exceed one year in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
