PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, in violation of section 321.281, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty and ordered to pay a fine of $300 and costs and, in default of payment, to be confined to the county jail 60 days. His driver's license was suspended 60 days. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
