Order modified on the law and facts: (1) by striking out the decretal paragraph denying the application in its entirety; and (2) by substituting therefor a paragraph granting the application to the extent of staying arbitration pending determination of the claimant's action for a declaratory judgment, and a paragraph denying the application in all other respects. As so modified, the order is affirmed, without costs.
