OPINION BY WRIGHT, J., March 17, 1964:

Ossie P. Caples filed a complaint in assumpsit against Maurice Klugman and Anne E. Klugman, his wife, seeking to recover payments under a lease sales agreement. The case was submitted to arbitrators who filed a report and award in favor of the plaintiff against both defendants in the sum of $1,053.40. The defendants then appealed to the County Court. The plaintiff obtained a rule to show cause why the appeal should not be stricken...
