This is an action for personal injuries and property damages incurred on August 9, 1962 when plaintiff's car was struck from the rear by a truck owned by Evans Building Products Company and driven by its employee, Joseph W. Antoine. The three defendants are Evans Building, its liability insurer, Aetna Casualty And Surety Company, and Antoine.
